You agree to use this feature in accordance with the guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

5. User-Generated Content

By generating and submitting content through our platform, you agree that:

  • You retain ownership of the content you generate.
  • You grant AI Fusion Art a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, publish, and distribute your generated content on our platform (e.g., in your profile or the Inspiration page).
  • Published images cannot be removed once posted.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create, including ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not generate or post any content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
  • Contains explicit adult content, pornography, or graphic depictions of violence.
  • Encourages terrorism or extremist behavior.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
  • Depicts or impersonates any real person without their explicit consent, including celebrities and public figures.
  • Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

AI Fusion Art reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

7. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer both free and Pro subscription plans. Pro users enjoy unlimited image generation and faster processing times. The details of these plans are as follows:

  • Free Plan: Users may generate up to 10 images per day for free.
  • Pro Plan: For a monthly subscription of $20 or a weekly subscription of $6, users have unlimited image generation and 10 hours of fast generation (approximately 10 seconds to 1 minute per image). After fast generation hours are exhausted, generation time may range from 20 seconds to 3 minutes based on server load.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of our payment provider.

8. Refunds

All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by law. If you experience any technical issues with your subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected].

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content generated by our AI model is created based on user prompts, and users retain ownership of their generated content. However, AI Fusion Art retains ownership of all software, systems, and proprietary technology used to create such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Fusion Art provides the platform and services “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Fusion Art will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.
  • Unauthorized access to your account.
  • Content generated by the AI model.
  • Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
